 Come\, let us go up with Jesus who ascends the holy mountain\,* and there 
 let us listen to the voice of the living God\,* the all-unoriginate Father
 \, which through the divine Spirit* bears witness by a cloud to His true S
 onship\;* and\, illumined in mind\,* let us gaze upon Light amid light.\n\
 nI have waited for You as You have commanded\; my soul patiently relies on
  Your promise\,* for it has trusted in the Lord.\n\nCome\, let us dance be
 forehand\, let us purify ourselves* and faithfully prepare for divine entr
 y* into the dwelling-place of the transcendent God\;* and let us receive t
 he glory* which the forechosen apostles were vouchsafed* to behold mystica
 lly on Mount Tabor.\n\nFrom the morning watch until night* let Israel trus

 scend the holy mountain of God\,* beholding the glory of Christ which shin
 es forth immutably\, more brightly than the sun\;* and\, illumined with th

  grace\,* and placed upon your head the crown of life incorruptible.* And 
 bearing the trophy of the Cross in the right hand as a sceptre\, O most wi
 se martyr\,* you reign with Christ\, ever rejoicing.\n\nPraise the Lord\, 
 all the nations\;* proclaim His glory\, all you people.\n\nYou were recogn
 ized\, O Eusignius\, as an invincible warrior\;* for\, wielding the sword 
 of the Cross\,* you went forth to do battle with the adverse foe and cast 
 him down\,* contending splendidly and receiving the crown of victory* from
  the one Master and Judge of the contest\,* who reigns forever.\n\nStrong 
 is the love of the Lord for us\;* eternally will His truth endure.\n\nBy y
 our honoured sufferings\, O glorious athlete Eusignius\,* you portrayed th
 e honoured Passion: the symbol of victory* and now you dwell in the city o
 n high\,* rejoicing with all the martyrs* being deified by communion with

  today\,* before undergoing His sufferings\, Christ shows to the initiates
  of His mysteries* a divine sign of His divinity.\n\nBlessed is the people
  that knows jubilation.\n\nDesiring to transform Adam's nature\,* Christ n
 ow ascends Mount Tabor\,* that He might disclose His divinity* to the init
 iates of His mysteries.\n\nTone 2\, Glory… Now…\n\nO Christ God who wa
 s transfigured in glory on Mount Tabor* and showed the glory of Your divin
 ity to Your disciples:* illumine us also with the light of the knowledge o
 f You\,* and guide us to the path of Your commandments\,* for You alone ar
