 * through Your resurrection.\n\nOut of the depths I cry to You\, O Lord\;*
  O Lord\, hear my voice!\n\nRejoice\, O holy Sion\,* the Mother of Churche
s and the dwelling-place of God\;* for you were the first to receive the f
orgiveness of sins* through the resurrection.\n\nLet Your ears be attentiv
e* to the voice of my prayer.\n\nChrist the Word was begotten by God the F
ather before all ages\;* yet in these latter times\,* He freely willed to
take flesh from the Virgin who did not know man.* By His death on the cros
s and His resurrection\,* He saved mankind from the ancient curse of death
 .\n\nTone 8\, Podoben “O all-glorious wonder…”\n\nIf You mark iniqui
ties\, Lord\, who can stand?* But with You forgiveness is that You may be
revered.\n\nMartyr and athlete\, Hermolaus\,* once you hid yourself in fea
r from the evil ones.* You rejoiced to reveal the hidden mystery of devoti
on and understanding* to the passion-bearer Panteleimon.* Then you reveale
d yourself and zealously died for Christ* who was well-pleased to suffer f
or us in his goodness.\n\nI have waited for You as You have commanded\; my
soul patiently relies on Your promise\,* for it has trusted in the Lord.\
n\nMartyr and athlete\, Hermolaus\,* you desired a holy life in sanctity.*
You became a bishop of the almighty Jesus\,* and by your life-bearing ser
mons and grace* you saved the people from the darkness of impurity.* You h
ave passed over to the heavens\, washed in the blood of your suffering\,*
blessed one of God!\n\nFrom the morning watch until night* let Israel trus
t in the Lord.\n\nLet us praise in faith with holy words the martyrs of th
e Lord\,* Hermippus\, Hermolaus and Hermocrates!* They suffered in a wonde
rful way\, killing the evil one* and washing themselves in the water of ba
ptism!* They were not defiled again with other impurities.* Therefore let
us keep the feast* and celebrate their memory!\n\nTone 4\n\nFor with the L
ord there is mercy\, and with Him there is plentiful redemption\;* and He
shall redeem Israel from all its iniquities.\n\nRome presents you as a gar

by hope\, together with those who came before you\,* you have received il
 lumination!\n\nTone 6\, Glory…\n\nO most glorious Parasceve\, victorious
virgin martyr\,* through your mediations before God\,* pray that\, those
who celebrate your suffering as is meet* may be delivered from temptations
\, and tribulations* and the judgment which is to come\,* O most hymned ma
rtyr.\n\nTone 8\, Now...\n\nOut of his love for mankind* the King of heave
n appeared on earth and dwelt with men\,* for He assumed a human body from
the pure Virgin* and was seen in the flesh He received from her.* He is t
he One and only God* having two natures but not two persons.* Wherefore we
profess and declare the truth* that Christ our God is perfect God and per

ll\, we glorify You.\n\nThe Lord reigns\, He is clothed in majesty. * Robe
d is the Lord\, and girt about with strength.\n\nLet us glorify Christ\, t

f a soul and a body\,* and during His passion He separated the one from th
e other.* His pure soul went down to conquer Hades\,* while His holy body
lay uncorrupted in the grave.\n\nFor He has made the world firm. * which s
hall not be moved.\n\nO Christ\, we glorify Your resurrection with psalms
and hymns.* For by Your victory over death* You delivered us from the suff

 \n\nHoliness befits Your house\, O Lord\, * for length of days.\n\nO Lord
of all\, Creator of heaven and earth\,* You are above all understanding.*
Through Your passion on the cross* You freed us from the sufferings of Had
es.* And\, after condescending to be buried\, You arose in glory\;* and wi
th Your mighty arm You also raised up Adam.* O most merciful Lord\, we glo
rify You\;* for by Your resurrection on the third day* You granted us remi
ssion of sins and eternal life.\n\nGlory… Now…\n\nO Virgin\, You have
never known wedlock\,* Yet You conceived God in the flesh* in a manner whi
ch words can never describe.* You thus became the Mother of God on high.*

Through their supplications\, O Christ our God\, save our souls.\n\nNow
…\n\nO Mother of God\, the mystery hidden from all eternity* and unknown
even to the angels\,* was revealed through you to those on earth:* God to

ord of God\, simple in your nature divine and unoriginate\, by giving exis
